How can I return my order?

Depending on the shipping address there are several ways in which you can return your order.

The Netherlands:

  1. You can register your return shipment in advance via this link. You can follow the return shipment and know when it is received by Little Dutch.
    By filling in your zip code and track&trace / order number you will enter the return portal. In this portal you can register your return and printout a return label.
  2. Within the Netherlands you can also use the address on the return form that comes along your order.

Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg and Great Britain:

By filling in your zip code and track & trace / order number you will enter the return portal. In this portal you can register your return and printout a return label.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain:

You need to take care of the transport of your return to Little Dutch yourself.

Which costs are tied to returning my order?

Please note that returning a package might bring costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund. 

You are responsible for the postal costs of returning a package. Those costs will not be refunded by Little Dutch. 

If the returned product is damaged, incomplete or used, the cost of damage might be deducted from the amount that we will repay to you. In this case we will notify you by e-mail upfront.

When will my return be booked?
Our warehouse will book every return within one week upon receival. Your payment will be made automatically after your return has been booked. 

Will you credit my shipping costs?
If you return the complete order, the shipping costs will be credited. If you return a part of your order, the shipping costs will not be credited.

How do I receive my money?
After your return has been booked, the amount owed will be repaid to the bank account used when placing your order. No exceptions can be made.

Can I return or exchange my order at a store?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or exchange your order at a store as Little Dutch does not have own stores. 

The stores who sell Little Dutch buy and keep their own stock which makes it impossible for them to help you with a return or exchange. 

Can I exchange my product for a different size or different product?

Unfortunately it in not possible to exchange a product. 
You can return the items following the general instructions and place a new order.

Help, my product has a defect

We are sorry to hear! Please send us an e-mail with the following details so our support team can help you further:

  1. Order number (or receipt when ordered elsewhere)
  2. Purchase date
  3. Description of the defect 
  4. Photo of the defect 

Our support team will follow up shortly.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We offer a six-month warranty on product malfunctions. This covers manufacturing and design flaws.

The warranty does not apply to any damage due to wear and tear or usage. Damage caused by accidentally dropping the item or misplacing parts of the product, for example, is not covered by our warranty.

If you want to apply for warranty, please send a message via the contactform or by e-mail to customerservice@littledutch.nl stating your order number, order date, full name, description of the complaint and photos of the defect.

If you didn't buy your product through our webshop, please get in touch with the shop where you purchased the product. 

I have a complaint about a Little Dutch product bought in a different webshop/store

All Little Dutch products are manufactured with the utmost care. It is important to us that all our products are of excellent quality and that our customers enjoy using them.

If, by any chance, you are unhappy with your Little Dutch product, we are here to help.
Please try to contact the webshop/store where you purchased the product. Depending on the product and problem, the webshop/store should be able to help you out. 

If you are not able to contact the webshop/store, please contact our service team by using the contact form.
