Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

For every order below the €50,-, with a delivery address in The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, €4,95 shipping costs are charged.  
If your order is above €50,-, no shipping costs are charged. 

In addition to the above mentionned coutries we also ship to the following countries, other shipping costs are charged:

  1. For every order below €75,-, with a delivery address in France, Austria, Denmark, and Luxembourg €9,95 shipping costs are charged. 
  2. For every order with a delivery address in Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain, €14,95 shipping costs are charged.  
How long does the delivery take?

We understand that you would like to receive your order as soon as possible and therefore we do our utmost best to send and deliver your package as soon as possible. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day will be send the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 14:00 to Sunday will be send on Monday.

Little Dutch cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the forwarder or courier.

* Customs may detain packages for up to 30 days. 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain (Cranary Islands excluded), Portugal, Monaco, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Austria, Liechtenstein, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Czech Republic.

If your country is not listed, we unfortunately not ship there yet.
We aim to ship to more countries soon!

*We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland. We aim to the UK and Ireland again as soon as possible! 

 

Can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code as soon as your order left our warehouse. You can also find your track & trace details by logging into your account. At the bottom of the order details you will find your track & trace details. 

Can I collect my package at your warehouse?

It is not possible to collect your package at our warehouse. 

Help, my order arrived incomplete

We are sorry to hear your order arrived incomplete! 

Please send us an e-mail with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Order number 
  • Missing product(s)

You can use our contatform or send and email to customerservice@littledutch.nl.  

If you suspect that your package has been opened before, or has been damaged during transport, please make photos and send them along with your e-mail. 

Different pricing and/or policy

Little Dutch would like to bring joy to as many parents and children as possible with versatile and loving products. In as many countries as possible. Due to different local trade policies, we are forced to have different prices and conditions for some countries. You can find the applicable prices and conditions in the FAQs and on the website itself. Make sure you choose the country you are in at the top right to see the correct conditions.
