What are the shipping costs?

For every order below the €50,-, with a delivery address in The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, €4,95 shipping costs are charged.  
If your order is above €50,-, no shipping costs are charged. 

In addition to the above mentionned coutries we also ship to the following countries, other shipping costs are charged:

  1. For every order below €75,-, with a delivery address in France, Austria, Denmark, and Luxembourg €9,95 shipping costs are charged. 
  2. For every with a delivery address in Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain, €14,95 shipping costs are charged.  
How long does the delivery take?

PAY ATTENTION! Due to Corona, orders are currently dispatched within +-2 business days. Thanks for understanding.

We understand that you would like to receive your order as soon as possible and therefore we do our utmost best to send and deliver your package as soon as possible. Every order placed and paid before 14:00 will be packed and send out the same working day.

Delays caused by the Corona-virus
The coronavirus has us in her hold all over the world.

We think it is extremely important that all our employees and their families are and remain safe during these trying times. Most of us work from home and when needed in shifts at our office.

Our warehouse employees are not able to work from home. We have taken strict measures to ensure safety and distance between colleagues. Unfortunately, these measures result in less efficient handling of your orders. Of course we do everything we can to get your orders in your home as safe and fast as we can.

Our carriers also are having trouble to collect all parcels on time and to deliver them on time. They also are doing their utmost.

We ask you for understanding when your package is not sent or delivered on the agreed day and time.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Monaco, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Austria, Liechtenstein, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Czech Republic.

If your country is not listed, we unfortunately not ship there yet.
We aim to ship to more countries soon!

*We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland. We aim to the UK and Ireland again as soon as possible! 


Can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code as soon as your order left our warehouse.

Can I collect my package at your warehouse?

It is not possible to collect your package at our warehouse. 

Help, my order arrived incomplete

We are sorry to hear your order arrived incomplete! 

Please send us an e-mail with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Order number 
  • Missing product(s)

If you suspect that your package has been opened before, or has been damaged during transport, please make photos and send them along with your e-mail. 

Different pricing and/or policy

Little Dutch would like to bring joy to as many parents and children as possible with versatile and loving products. In as many countries as possible. Due to different local trade policies, we are forced to have different prices and conditions for some countries. You can find the applicable prices and conditions in the FAQs and on the website itself. Make sure you choose the country you are in at the top right to see the correct conditions.
