Contest terms and conditions
Contests are issued by Little Dutch Shop B.V., situated in Berkel en Rodenrijs. Contests are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Participation in contests is free of charge. You can participate by sending an email containing the required details or, if applicable, by filling out a registration form. In this case, you are eligible to win the contest. In case of a golden ticket promotion, you can participate by ordering on the designated day(s) that a golden ticket can be received in your order. When we give away a free item with orders: while supplies last.
2. Each participant may only participate in the contest once.
3. Participants are required to provide correct, current and complete information when participating in a contest or competition.
4. Participants should adhere to the Advertising Code for Social Media.
5. The duration of the contest is stated in the contest description.
6. Participants need to be at least 16 years of age to participate. All other participants are barred from the contest.
7. The winner is selected randomly and impartially.
8. Winners are personally notified via the email address they used to participate within 5 working days after the contest ends.
9. Little Dutch Shop B.V. can, at its own discretion and without prior notice, change or adjust these contest terms and conditions during the course of the contest or change or adjust the contest without the requirement to provide a reason unless this is at the disadvantage of the participant.
10. No communication may take place with regard to the outcomes of the contest.
11. The prize cannot be exchanged for money or other goods.
12. The personal data gathered in the context of contests will only be used by Little Dutch Shop B.V. for the purposes of the contest in question and will not be provided to third parties. After participation, you will receive an email containing information on Little Dutch once a week at most. Of course, you can always indicate that you no longer wish to receive these emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email in question.
13. In any cases not covered by these terms and conditions, Little Dutch Shop B.V. reserves the right to make a decision.
14. In the context of its contests, Little Dutch Shop B.V. will exclusively act in compliance with the Code of Conduct For Promotional Games of Chance of 1 January 2014.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
16. Participants that do not meet the terms and conditions above may be barred from the contest.
