Do you have a minimum order value?

No, we do not have a minimum order value. 
Shipping costs may be applied, though, depending on the total order value and the shipping location.

How can I tell that you have you received my order?

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an e-mail. 

If you haven't received an e-mail within an hour, check your Spam mailbox. Still no sign of an e-mail from Little Dutch? Please get in touch with us by sending an e-mail or message or by calling us. We will confirm together whether your order has been received or not. 

Are all products on stock?

We do our everything we can to show the stocks of our products in realtime. This means we can be sure that all products offered on this website are actually on stock.

If in any unexpected case, it does happen that an ordered item is not on stock, our team will contact you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.  

How do I cancel my order?

We use a real-time connection with our warehouse. This fast link allows us to ship your order as soon as possible.

Because of this connection, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your order.

What happens to my personal data when I place an order?

We understand your personal data are valuable to you. That is why we process and secure them with the utmost care. With us, you can count on the safety of your data. We follow the applicable laws and regulations.

Can I provide a different billing address?

You will be offered the possibility to use a different address during the check out address.

Does my order include VAT?

We sell our products to you as consumer, therefore VAT's are charged and included in the total amount of your order. 

Help, I've lost my login credentials

Don't worry!
Go to the login screen and click on the button 'wachtwoord vergeten'. Enter your e-mail address and click on 'reset password'. You will receive an e-mail with a new password, this password can be changed after logging in to your account. 

How do I apply my discount code?

You will be offered the possibility to apply a discount code during check-out. Enter the code and click on the arrow next to it to apply. The discount will be applied immediately. 

Every discount code can be applied once. You can only apply the code during the order process and cannot apply the code after placing an order.

What payment options are available?

You can pay by iDeal, Creditcard, Paypal, Giropay, Bancontact, Sofort, EPS, ING Home Pay, Belfius Direct Net, Przelewy24 and Cartes Bancaires. During check-out the accepted options for your country are listed as choice. 

You can also pay with the Babycadeaubon, Little Dutch Giftcard and Little Dutch e-Giftcard.

Note: You will see the name 'Mollie Payments' on your bank account statement when using most of the above mentioned payment options. Mollie Payment is our payment provider and offers a secure transaction for both buyer and seller. 

Promotion Conditions

Little Dutch offers a free gift with every order! This gift is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another item.

Provided discount codes can only be used during check-out and cannot be redeemed / submitted after the order has been placed.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions and are non-refundable.
The outlet/sale items are excluded from campaigns.

Why can't I redeem my gift voucher in full?

Please note! Gift vouchers not from Little Dutch itself (including Babycadeaubon) have a maximum redemption value of €50.00 per purchase due to the implementation of the new European anti-money laundering rules. The Little Dutch Giftcard

The web shop of Little Dutch sells and accepts virtual and physical giftcards. Those giftcards are a valid payment method at this Little Dutch web shop but cannot be used at web shops or brick and mortar stores of Little Dutch partners and resellers.

How long will my Little Dutch giftcard be valid?
There is no end date on your giftcard.

Can I spend my giftcard credits in multiple purchases?
Yes, no problem!
The credits not spend will remain on your giftcard. 

How can I check the remaining amount on my giftcard?
Add a product to your shopping cart and go to the shopping cart page. Fill out your giftcard code at the field on the right side of the page. Click the ‘+’-sign to apply. You can now see which amount is deducted from your shopping cart, this is the amount left on your giftcard.

How to use my giftcard?
During the checkout proces you will be asked to use a promotion code. Use this field to enter your giftcard code and click on the ‘+’-sign to apply. Follow the remaining steps to check out.

Which values are available?
The e-giftcard can be purchased in the following amounts: €10, €20, €30, €40, €50, €75, and €100.
The physical giftcard can be purchased in the following amounts: €20, €50, en €100.

What is the difference between the virtual e-giftcard and the physical giftcard?
The virtual e-giftcard will not be physically send to you as a package but as an e-mail. With this e-mail you will receive a printable e-giftcard which you can fill out once printed and give tot he receiver. Or, you can choose to send this e-giftcard directly to the receiver by e-mail including a personal message.

The physical giftcard will be send to you or the receiver as a giftpackage. There is no option yet to include a personal message. 
Please do note that shipping costs might be applied if the total order value is below our minimum.

Little Dutch would like to bring joy to as many parents and children as possible with versatile and loving products. In as many countries as possible. Due to different local trade policies, we are forced to have different prices and conditions for some countries. You can find the applicable prices and conditions in the FAQs and on the website itself. Make sure you choose the country you are in at the top right to see the correct conditions.
